VCLB Support

VCLB is an offline-first football management game for iPhone.

For support, bug reports or purchase issues, email pickuplockapp@gmail.com with:

• your VCLB version;
• your iPhone model and iOS version;
• a short description of what happened; and
• a screenshot, if relevant.

Purchases

Use Settings > Store > Restore permanent purchases to restore Founder Pack, Extra Career Slots and Club Style Pack.

VC packs are consumable products and are not restorable as permanent ownership. If a completed VC purchase does not appear in the active career, reopen the VCLB Store while online so verified transaction history can be reconciled. Contact support if the balance is still missing.

Saves

Career saves currently stay on the device. VCLB does not yet provide account login or cloud-save recovery. Removing the app may remove local career data.
